Municipal Budget
The Operating Budget addresses the resources needed to implement Council's priorities and maintain existing programs and services. The Capital Budget covers spending on infrastructure projects, such as improvements to and reconstruction of municipal roads, sidewalks, and trails, and improvements to public facilities or construction of new facilities. The Town’s annual budget is from January to December. Council is required to pass both the Operating and Capital Budget each year.
