Sturgeon Victim Services is a volunteer organization working in partnership with the Morinville RCMP to provide support, information and referrals of victims of crime or tragedy.

Sturgeon Rural Crime Watch Association has been serving the County since 1983. They act as additional eyes and ears for the RCMP throughout Sturgeon County.

Northeast Region Community Awareness Emergency Response (NR CAER)
NR CAER is a non-profit regional mutual aid emergency response association that links industry and three levels of government, enabling the effective sharing of emergency response equipment, skills, manpower and services between industry and the communities of: Fort Saskatchewan, Redwater, Morinville, Gibbons, Bruderheim, Edmonton Garrison (Namao), Josephburg, Lamont, Sturgeon and Strathcona Counties.
