Help for Small Businesses

Community Futures Tawatinaw

Community Futures Tawatinaw Region's business advisors have a wealth of business advisors to serve you, regardless of the stage you are at with your business.

Starting or expanding a successful small business takes careful research and planning, and access to the right kinds of training and tools -- at the right time.  They will take the time to understand your business dreams and goals, and then work out a plan to help turn them into reality.

Community Futures Tawatinaw Region can lend you up to $150,000, to any one business, for inventory, equipment, renovations, expansion, etc.  Interest rates are based on a risk/return analysis and are comparable with other financial institutions.  They also offer a variety of training options like one-on-one coaching, ongoing business skills training and workshops.

Other specialized businesses operating out of CFTR include the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program, 100 Essential Small Business Skills and the BizKids Youth Entrepreneurship Program.

Community Futures Tawatinaw Region also partners with the Business Link to offer courses and information packages for new and existing business owners.
