It is the responsibility of the Owner and/or Occupier to advise of any changes.

Non-receipt of a Utility Bill does not exempt the Owner from payment.

Payment due dates do not change. Penalties will still apply if payment is late for any reason.

Once enrolled in the program, you will no longer receive your bill via mail.

Written authorization is required from the Owner if the Owner has designated an agent to act on their behalf
