    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR LAND USE BYLAW PLU 1-25
In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, Section 606, Council for the Town of Gibbons has scheduled a Public Hearing to hear and receive formal submissions and presentations (verbal or written) from those who wish to speak to the proposed Land Use Bylaw PLU 1-25.
     Date: Thursday, April 17, 2025
     Time: 7:00 pm
     Location: Council Chambers, 4807 – 50 Street, Gibbons, Alberta.
Written submissions or presentations may either, be submitted in advance to Planning & Development Services by 4:00 PM on April 11, 2025, for inclusion in the agenda, or the presenter provide 10 copies of the submission prior to the commencement of the Public Hearing. Anyone wishing to make a verbal presentation to Council must register in advance of the Public Hearing. Verbal presentations will be limited to 5 minutes. Council cannot receive submissions after the Public Hearing is closed.
A copy of the proposed Bylaw, in full text, may be reviewed and inspected by the public at the Town of Gibbons Office during the Hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, statutory holidays excluded or on the Town Website at www.gibbons.ca.
